BP全新润滑油调配厂在天津破土动工
BP’s New Lubricants Plant Starts Construction In Tianjin
BP－嘉实多宣布，投资约15亿元人民币在华设立全新润滑油调配厂，满足中国市场对高品质润滑油快速增长的需求。
BP－owned Castrol previously announced an investment of RMB 1.5 billion to build a new lubricants blending plant in China to help meet the country’s rapidly growing demand for high quality lubricants.
开工典礼日前在位于天津滨海新区天津经济技术开发区（南港工业区）新厂举行。
A ground－breaking ceremony for the new plant is being held in Tianjin Economic－Technological Development Area （TEDA） in Binhai New Area， where the plant will be located.
新工厂是BP－嘉实多全球单笔最大的润滑油调配厂投资，将奠定全新能效标准，并将成为BP－嘉实多最先进的润滑油调配工厂。
This new plant， Castrol’s largest ever lubricants oil blending plant investment， is expected to become Castrol’s most advanced lubricants blending plant， setting a new standard of energy efficient operation.
计划于2021年底前投入运营的新厂年产量预计将达20万吨。
The new plant， expected to start operation by the end of 2021， will have an initial annual production capacity of 200，000 tons.
新厂占地逾15万平方米，主要生产车用、工业、航海、航空用润滑油和润滑脂，以及特种润滑剂及添加剂。
With an area of over 150，000 square meters， it will be able to produce premium lubricants and greases for automobiles， industrial， marine， and aviation customers， as well as special lubricants and additives， under the BP and Castrol brands.
新工厂将采用柔性可扩展设计，其调配及灌装生产线集成了多种领先调配技术，以增强生产的灵活度并进一步提升产品质量。
The new plant will have improved agility and quality in production through the adoption of a flexible and scalable design， which integrates various leading blending technologies for its blending and filling lines.
数字自动化及控制系统将使新工厂的生产效率较之传统润滑油调配厂提升三倍之多。
A highly digitalised automated and control system is expected to help triple the plant’s production efficiency compared with traditional blending plants.

The economic promise of digital technologies is being put at risk by inadequate education and corporate training systems， according to Accenture.
埃森哲针对全球14个主要经济体的研究表明，通过积极弥补技能缺口，包括中国在内的各经济体将能释放经济增长潜力。否则未来十年，这些国家可能错失的国内生产总值增长部分将高达11.5万亿美元。
Unless radically new learning approaches are adopted， the failure to close the skills gap could result in 14 of the G20 economies forgoing as much as US＄11.5 trillion in GDP growth promised by investment in intelligent technologies over the next ten years.

Jørgen M. Clausen， Chairman of Danfoss A／G， was awarded China Friendship Award by the Government of China for his outstanding contributions to China’s development.
2018年度获奖专家来自于医疗卫生、工程、教育等多个领域，而柯劳森先生是为数不多的工业领域代表之一。
The award winners in 2018 come from various fields including healthcare， engineering， and education. Mr. Clausen is among the very few international industrial leaders who have received this special award.
