首届进博会举办之际，第二届进博会展位的现场预定火爆。仅仅食品及农产品展区在3天内就收到了千余平方米展台的申请。

澳大利亚州猪肉协会负责人Peter Smith说，进博会对他和他所代表的行业相关群体非常有益，也十分期待明年再来参加进博会，下一次来的时候，他想要做一个更大展台，来展示优质猪肉产品。

首届进博会筹备期间，第二届进口博览会企业报名工作已经启动，包括多家世界500强企业和行业龙头企业确定参展。
